Common failure causes and troubleshooting methods of explosion proof solenoid valves

1. The main valve port of the explosion-proof solenoid valve is not sealed.

Reasons: 1. Blockage of throttle hole of pilot valve is difficult to transfer medium pressure; 2. Wear or aging of rubber seals on iron core; 3. Spring failure or damage; 4. Damage of lower piston gasket.

Solutions: 1. Clean the pilot valve; 2. Replace the core rubber seals; 3. Replace the spring; 4. Replace the gasket.

Two, the valve action is not sensitive.

Cause: the throttle hole on the piston is blocked.

Solution: clean the dirt on the orifice.

Three. After switching on the power supply, the core will not act.

Reasons: 1, the power supply voltage is too low; 2, the coil burned out.

Solutions: 1, adjust the supply voltage in the range of -15%~+10%; 2, overhaul or replace the coil.

Four. Excessive noise.

Cause: there is foreign body or unclean between iron core and non-magnetic steel pipe.

Solution: wash parts with high purity alcohol.
