Product use
This series of products can be used in the automatic control system of the pre-baking cell in the aluminium reduction plant to complete the control functions of four-point, five-point and six-point shell-breaking of the old electrolytic cell and the new electrolytic cell, as well as to realize the computer programmable control.
Main features
The electromagnetic valves in the cabinet are all manufactured by imported foreign companies with reliable performance and long service life. They are especially suitable for high temperature, high dust, high magnetic field and other special conditions.
The solenoid valve is equipped with an automatic reset manual device, which can ensure manual operation when the electromagnetic coil or control system fails, and prevent the failure caused by forgetting to reset.

Control principle
The direct two-position three-way solenoid valve is used to control the pneumatic reversing valve of the cylinder head of the shell-beating cylinder in the electrolytic tank after the instruction of the slot control computer of the pneumatic control cabinet, and the shell-beating cylinder is controlled to complete the shell-beating process. A two position four way solenoid valve is used to control the blanking cylinder on the electrolytic cell to complete blanking and fluoride salt blanking.
