Control principle
The direct two-position three-way solenoid valve is controlled by the control system after the instruction of the slot control computer of the gas control cabinet, so as to control the shell-breaking cylinder to complete the shell-breaking process. The shell-breaking time can be adjusted by the control system, which can ensure the quick return of the hammer after the shell-breaking is completed and avoid the phenomenon that the hammer stays too long in the electrolyte. . The two-position four-way solenoid valve is used to control the discharge cylinder on the electrolyzer to complete the discharge and fluoride salt discharge, and a two-position three-way solenoid valve can be used to realize the reverse purge of the silo. The gas control cabinet can realize many functions such as no shell-breaking or incomplete shell-breaking, no material-cutting and no shell-breaking alarm through the detection elements in the control system.
