Introduction
This product series is pilot-operated two-position three-way solenoid valves, designed and qualified in accordance with RCC-E, IEEE 323, IEEE 344, IEEE 382, and EJ/T standards. The valves utilize a dual-coil control mechanism and feature internal thread connections for piping. They are suitable for pneumatic or hydraulic control pipeline systems with nuclear-grade requirements in nuclear power plants and nuclear chemical facilities, enabling the switching, directional control, and distribution of medium flow. Such valves are also referred to as instrument solenoid valves in the industry.
Main Features
Equipped with a manual override device for manual operation under special conditions such as power failure or maintenance.
All rubber components are suitable for use in high-radiation and rapid temperature fluctuation environments.
High insulation class and protection level: The coil insulation class is H-grade and meets application requirements under LOCA (Loss-of-Coolant Accident) environmental conditions.
Suitable for applications under seismic conditions.
Dual electric control structure ensures flexible and reliable operation.
