This corrosion-resistant ball valve combines a pneumatic cylinder actuator with an F46-lined O-type ball valve assembly. All fluid-contact surfaces, including the valve body interior and internal components, are lined with corrosion-resistant and anti-aging perfluoroalkoxy (PFA/F46) using high-pressure injection molding. It ensures reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance, making it suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and power to cut off highly corrosive media (e.g., acids, alkalis, salts) during production processes.
