Application of high temperature and high pressure solenoid valves
This valve is a direct-acting solenoid valve with a wide range of general media. It can be used in water, light oil, heavy oil, non-corrosive gas and steam, such as hydrophobic system of power station exhaust pipeline and exhaust system of evaporator. It mainly carries out two-position automatic regulation and remote control of medium in pipeline.
Structural characteristics of high temperature and high pressure solenoid valves

Structure principle of high temperature and high pressure solenoid valve
When the solenoid valve is electrified, the connecting rod is raised, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, and the secondary valve is opened. Because the auxiliary valve is opened, the pressure fluid is discharged from the upper part of the main valve cup, so the pressure at the lower part of the main valve cup is higher than that at the upper part, so the pressure at the lower part pushes the main valve cup upward. After the main valve is opened, the upper and lower pressures are equal. Under the action of electromagnetic force and upper and lower pressures, the cup is put in a balanced state and the valve is opened. When power is cut off, under the action of armature weight and return spring, the auxiliary valve is closed. After the auxiliary valve is closed, the pressure on the upper part of the main valve cup rises and the main valve cup is pressed down to achieve the function of cut-off sealing and the valve is closed.
