Product use
This product is a matching product specially developed for 1257 project according to the design drawings of the Second Research and Design Institute of China Nuclear Industry and the special requirements of the pilot plant of No. 404 Plant.
main features
The solenoid hair box is equipped with a valve position indicator under the box door, and the corresponding valve position number is marked in order from left to right. The single electric control valve is all red indicator, the double electric control valve is equipped with two red and green indicator lights, the red one is to turn off the valve, and the green one is to turn on the valve.
Each solenoid valve is equipped with a manual device, which can be used to make the solenoid valve operate when the power supply or point magnet fails.
The door is equipped with a pressure gauge window.
Note: The solenoid valve box can be assembled with 2 to 10 valves. The solenoid valve can be normally open or closed according to the user's requirements, or can be single or double electronic control.

Installation and use
Pipe should be cleaned before installation, so as to avoid sundries entering the pipe and plug the solenoid valve.
Solenoid valve box valve should be installed vertically, a gas inlet at the bottom of the box type movable joint of stainless steel welding, first union and gas source pipeline welding, the joint and the valve box live bottom wear plate butt joint.
Electromagnetic valve hole with a lock nut type right angle joint, the installation will be connected to the nylon pipe solenoid valve solenoid valve through the bottom box.
The filter pressure relief valve should be adjusted to the required pressure before use.
