Product use
This product is a complete set of water treatment systems such as Guangzhou Steel Works and Baotou Waterworks, which are built by our company for Zhongye Southern Company. It can be programmed by computer and manually operated on site.
main features
The electromagnetic valve box is equipped with manual and automatic changeover knobs on the box door, manual buttons and indicator lights. When the switch knob is placed in the automatic position, the solenoid valve in the automatic control box of the control room can be placed in the manual position when the control system of the control room fails or the site needs, which can be controlled by the button.
Each solenoid valve is equipped with a manual device, which can be used to make the solenoid valve operate when the power supply or the solenoid head fails.
Note: The solenoid valve box can be assembled with 2 to 16 valves. The solenoid valve can be normally open or closed according to the user's requirements, or can be single or double electronic control. The dimensions, internal layout and circuit settings of the box can be designed and manufactured according to the user's requirements and approved by the user.

Installation and use
Pipe should be cleaned before installation, so as to avoid sundries entering the pipe and plug the solenoid valve.
The solenoid valve box shall be installed vertically. The air source and the working ports of the solenoid valve shall be led out of the box through the through-plate joint. When installed, the pipes can be butted onto the through-plate joint.
The power supply and control circuit enter the inner part of the box through the lead hole. According to the circuit schematic diagram, they are connected to each foot of the terminal in the box.
The filter pressure relief valve should be adjusted to the required pressure before use.
Check the wiring correctly, then turn on the test run.
