This series of products can control six-point shelling, six-point cutting and fluoride salt cutting in the automatic control system of the pre-baking tank of the electrolytic aluminium smelter, and can also complete the back purge function of the silo, and realize the computer program control.

Control principle
The direct two-position three-way solenoid valve is used to control the pneumatic reversing valve of the cylinder head of the shell-beating cylinder in the electrolytic cell after the instruction of the slot control computer of the pneumatic control cabinet. The main air source supplied by the pneumatic control cabinet is switched to control the shell-beating cylinder to complete the shell-beating process. The two-position four-way solenoid valve is used to control the discharge cylinder on the electrolyzer to complete the discharge and fluoride salt discharge, and a two-position three-way solenoid valve can be used to realize the reverse purge of the silo.
