How to select the explosion-proof solenoid valve according to the characteristics of the fluid?

Explosion-proof solenoid valves are selected according to the characteristics of fluids. The main parameters are the corrosiveness of fluids, the temperature of fluids, the state of fluids and the viscosity of fluids.

Fluid corrosiveness: Corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and stainless steel are preferred; Food-grade stainless steel solenoid valves are preferred for super-clean fluids.

(2) Temperature of fluid: The solenoid valve made of high temperature resistant electrical material and sealing material should be selected, and the piston structure type should be chosen.

(3) Fluid state: as large as gaseous, liquid or mixed state, especially when the caliber is larger than DN25 order must be distinguished.

(4) Viscosity of fluids: Usually under 50cST can be chosen arbitrarily, if exceeding this value, high viscosity solenoid valve should be selected.
